Home health helps prevent unnecessary re-hospitalizations, helps patients maintain their independence, and improves health and quality of life.
Care First’s family of professional nurses, therapists, and home health aides work in consultation with a patient’s physician to provide a full suite of home health services and programs designed to achieve the best possible outcome.
